Honestly phone cameras are plenty good enough these days.

Snapped a photo of my cat yawning with my phone the other day and it looked like a nature documentary shot. Funny thing is, @jana_jones, I had a real camera with me but the phone got the better result. Guess the gap is closing faster than I can keep up with lens upgrades.
