Been using a $0 Google Sheets doc I made back in 2016 for small biz keyword tracking, and it still outranks what my $30/mo AI planner spits out in Austin. Anyone else find old manual methods just work better for neighborhood-level niches?

Wait, did your spreadsheet happen to have all the local landmarks color-coded by neighborhood? My buddy runs a plumbing company here and his old 2016 doc with handwritten notes on school zones and new builds still destroys every fancy tool he tries. The AI stuff just can't read the room like a human who actually knows the streets.
