Unpopular opinion: that one superfan who comments on everything is actually kind of draining
There's this guy on my channel, goes by 'TechTommy42', who comments on every single video within 10 minutes of upload. At first I thought it was great, someone actually watching. But then he started correcting my terminology, like calling me out for saying 'bitrate' instead of 'bit depth' on a video about audio settings. It's been 6 months of this, every Wednesday and Saturday like clockwork. The worst part is he's usually right, but it makes me feel like I'm teaching a class with a strict TA watching. Has anyone else dealt with a commenter who makes you second guess your own content?

The "backseat driver" thing hits close to home. I had a guy like that, he'd correct my use of "compression" in music mixing videos, turns out he ran a studio in Nashville for 20 years. But here's what I'm wondering - does it ever feel like they're waiting for you to mess up so they can pounce, or is it more like they genuinely want to help but just lack any social awareness?
