My brother and I made a deal in March: both of us would leave our jobs by summer. He backed out in May, said the timing was bad. I quit in June anyway, and now he won't talk to me about it. He says I made him look like a coward in front of our parents. I say he's just mad I actually did it. Was I wrong to hold him to a promise he only half meant, or did he have every right to change his mind when it got real? I still don't know who to be mad at here.
