My neighbor's 3 words changed how I see the whole 'hustle' thing

I've been driving deliveries for about 8 years now. Always saw myself as just grinding through, waiting for the real thing to start. Last week my neighbor Dave, who's like 70 and retired, saw me loading up at 6am. He just said 'You're already there.' I asked what he meant and he goes 'You're always looking for your real life to start. But this is it. This is your real life right now. The job, the morning, the people you see.' Hit me way harder than I expected. Made me realize I been acting like my day to day is just a waiting room. Has anyone else had a moment where someone just pointed out you're already living your life and you missed it?
