Unpopular opinion: I dropped $400 on a 'life coach' and it was a total scam

He just repeated basic stuff I could read online and charged me for six sessions upfront. Has anyone else gotten burned by something like this and found a better way?

I used to think they were legit, but after hearing stories like yours, it's clear a lot of them just sell common sense.

Ugh, totally feel you. I paid for a "productivity guru" who basically told me to make lists. Lists! I was so mad.
