DAE reconsider waiting until the client leaves to check a color formula?
I used to eyeball the mix and send them out the door, until a client at my chair in Dayton last month said she wanted to see the bowl before I applied it. Now I set the bowl where they can see and walk through the ratio out loud, and she's come back three times since. Has this backfired on anyone or is showing the bowl just a good habit?
