Had a client scream at me over a 5 dollar bang trim yesterday

I mean, I get that people have bad days, but she literally said 'you ruined my entire week' because I took off maybe half an inch (which she asked for). Made me question why I even bother with walk-ins when regulars are way less drama. Has anyone else had a client lose it over something tiny like that?
