I finally learned a trick for smooth blowouts on curly hair

I used to always get frizz when blowdrying curly hair, which was frustrating. After watching a tutorial, I started using a diffuser attachment on low heat. It took some practice, but now the results are much smoother. My clients love how their hair turns out. What tools or methods work best for you with curly hair?

I was skeptical about diffusers too, but they really do work.

Totally get the skepticism thing, my friend swore diffusers were just a weird bowl on a hairdryer until she tried mine on a damp day. Her hair went from a flat mess to these soft waves that actually lasted, which never happens for her. She bought one the next week after years of saying it was pointless. Funny how a little change can make you flip like that.

Actually took me forever to figure out diffusers too, I was scrunching way too hard at first. Now I gently cup sections and just hold it there, and it's a TOTAL game changer. A good heat protectant spray before drying makes a huge difference for me as well. My curls look defined instead of crazy.
