Found an old log book from my first tower crane job in Chicago

I was cleaning out my garage and found my log from 2003, and the daily lift count was way lower than what we do now. Back then, a busy day was maybe fifteen picks, but now that same site would see forty easy. Does anyone else keep their old logs, or am I just a pack rat?

Tried breaking it into smaller batches throughout the day. Focused on just one area of the warehouse at a time. It made a huge difference in keeping things moving.

Wow, @laura_schmidt82, you'd be shocked at how slow some sites ran before all the new planning tech. Finding an old schedule feels like digging up a dinosaur bone. Makes you wonder what we even did all day back then.
