My writing prompt generator glitched right before a deadline
I was using an online prompt generator last week for a flash fiction contest with a 500 word limit. It spat out something about a dragon in a library, but then it froze and I lost the whole prompt. Anyone else have a digital tool fail at the WORST possible moment?

That glitch happening right before a deadline sounds brutal. The dragon in a library prompt sounds like it could have been really good too, so losing it just makes it worse. Digital tools can be helpful but they always seem to crash when you need them most. Maybe next time you could just screenshot the prompt as soon as it appears so you don't lose it. Or jot down the key words on paper if the screen freezes up again.

Hate to be that person but is a writing prompt glitch really that big of a deal? You could probably just type "dragon in a library" into google and find fifty similar prompts in two seconds.
