I was reusing the same password for my bank and my old gaming forum account

Got an email from the forum about a data breach, and it hit me that someone could have just walked right into my checking account. What's the fastest way to start using different passwords for everything?

Honestly, how many people are actually digging through old forum breaches to find bank logins? Seems like a lot of work for them. Just change your bank password to something new and strong, maybe add two-factor if you're that worried. You're probably fine.

My cousin's identity got stolen from a 2014 Yahoo breach they just found last month.

Underestimate how automated these attacks are... they use bots to test every leaked combo against banks. Start using a password manager today, it creates and remembers a unique one for each site. That old forum password is probably already in a giant list they're trying everywhere.
