Picked a password manager over memorizing everything after getting locked out of my bank account 3 times
I went with Bitwarden because it was free and open source, and after 6 months I haven't been locked out once. Has anyone else had luck switching from memory to a manager?

That's interesting because I actually read a piece not too long ago about how most people reuse passwords across like 5 or 6 different sites and that's why they keep getting locked out. Bitwarden is a solid choice though I've been using it for about a year now and the autofill on my phone is honestly life changing compared to trying to remember which variation of "password123" I used where. The only thing that got me at first was setting up the two factor authentication but after that it's been smooth sailing.

Started using Bitwarden too and now I just let it generate random 20 character passwords I'd never remember. My biggest problem now is I keep forgetting my own phone unlock code because the app does all the work for me.
