Can we talk about that one perfect week I had last spring?

I had a week in April where every single thing went right. My boss complimented my report, I found $20 on the sidewalk, and my cat didn't throw up once. Has anyone else had a run like that or am I just lucky?

I used to roll my eyes at people talking about "perfect weeks" but reading about your cat not throwing up hit different. My dog had a whole month where she didn't have an accident inside and I called my mom to tell her like it was a miracle. That $20 sidewalk find sealed it for me though, that's the kind of luck that makes you believe the universe is on your side for a bit.
