Everyone says to meal prep on Sunday, but I switched to Wednesday nights
I kept throwing out soggy lettuce and limp carrots by Tuesday, so I tried prepping just the dry stuff on Sunday. I washed and chopped the fresh stuff on Wednesday after work. My salads stayed crisp all the way to Friday. Has anyone else found a different day works better for them?

Honestly that sounds like more work than just doing it all at once.
