Finally fixed my morning panic by prepping coffee the night before

I was always rushing in the mornings and forgetting to start the coffee maker, then standing there staring at it like it would magically brew itself. After 3 mornings of being late, I just set everything up the night before. Grounds in the filter, water in the reservoir, cup on the counter. Now I hit one button and it's done in 4 minutes. It's stupid how much this tiny thing changed my whole morning flow. Has anyone else found a small night-before habit that saved their morning?

Man, that's the spirit right there. Nothing gets me going like a mad dash for the coffee pot before the first customer rolls in. That little bit of adrenaline is the real reason I skip prepping it the night before.

Oh man, this is way too real. I've definitely been that person fumbling with the filter at 5:45 AM, praying no one walks in. @william_harris totally gets it though, the chaos is part of the charm or something. I always tell myself I'll prep the night before, but then I'm just too tired to care, so it's a mad scramble the next morning. Maybe it's just me being lazy, but that little rush of panic honestly makes the first cup taste better.
