Told my landlord in Austin about the leak 3 weeks ago and now I'm stuck deciding
He said he'd fix it but keeps pushing it back, so do I pay the $280 for a plumber myself and risk him getting mad, or let my ceiling keep dripping into a bucket? Has anyone dealt with a landlord who just won't act?
