Finally figured out how to fold fitted sheets after 15 years of balling them up
I used to just wad them into a lump in the linen closet because I never could match the corners right... but last week my wife showed me this trick where you tuck the corners inside each other. Now I can fold one in under 30 seconds with no wrinkles. Did you pick up some basic skill way later than you should have?

Hold your horses. Wrinkles in a fitted sheet are a sign you actually use it, all that folding is just hiding the evidence until laundry day anyway.

My friend Carla bought this $30 set of wrinkle-release sheets last year... she spent like 20 minutes trying to fold that fitted sheet into a perfect square once, then just shoved it in the linen closet anyway. next time she pulled it out, it looked like a wadded up napkin. she finally just gave up and lets it live in a ball on the shelf now. @nancyj11 is right though, those wrinkles are just proof you actually sleep in the bed instead of just using it for decoration.

and honestly the way people try to fold those fitted sheets perfect is just a waste of time. they always look like a crumpled mess anyways soon as you pull them out the drawer. plus I swear it takes longer to fold them than to just fight with the wrinkles on the bed.
