My dad casually said I overthink every decision I make

We were splitting a pizza last Saturday and he pointed out I spent 10 minutes picking which slice to grab first. It hit different because he's usually the one who stresses over everything, not me. Anyone else had a family member call out a habit you didn't notice?

Picking a pizza slice for 10 minutes is just a tiny example of how we overthink everything in our lives.

28 seconds on salad dressing the other day, and @anderson.piper, you’d laugh your head off.

Is picking a pizza slice for 10 minutes really that deep though? Like, I get that your dad called it out, but maybe he was just busting your chops because you were hungry and indecisive. Sometimes people read too much into small stuff and turn it into a whole personality thing. Probably not a huge deal unless you're doing it with everything, you know?
