My estimator's spreadsheet note completely flipped my bidding process
He wrote 'stop pricing the tree, price the risk' next to a job I lost last month, and at first I thought it was just salty. But after 3 more bids using that filter, I realized I was undercharging for close calls near houses and power lines. Has anyone else had a single sentence from a coworker rewire how they quote work?
