The neighborhood map app that led me to a brick wall

I was wandering around my old stomping grounds in Pittsburgh last week, trying to find the bakery that closed in 2012. The app said it was still there, so I walked 3 blocks out of my way to see a parking lot. I stood there wondering, how much do we trust that what's on our phones actually matches what's in front of us, and is that making us miss the real stuff?
