Appreciation post: I used to write grocery lists on my hand, now I take a photo of the empty fridge
Used to scribble milk and eggs on my palm at work and by aisle 4 it was just a blue smear. Now I snap one pic of the fridge in Omaha before I leave and shop straight off the screen, zero thinking required. My girlfriend still writes hers on a napkin like it's 1998, so is paper actually better or am I just lazy now?

Snapped a pic of my pantry last week and it saved me a whole trip back to the store. The photo method wins because you see what you actually have, not what you meant to write down. Paper lists only work if you remember to bring the paper, and half the time I left it on the counter.
