Bug guy told me to skip the monthly spray, tried it for 4 months and the ants stayed gone
He said the ants in my Charlotte kitchen were trailing from outside and killing them in here just brings more. So I sealed one gap under the sink with caulk instead, and I haven't seen a single one since April. Anyone else skip the schedule and just fix the entry point?

Sealing the gap works but check your mulch line too, that's where mine kept coming from.
