Had a terrible Tuesday then the best Wednesday of my whole year

Tuesday I tripped on a loose curb walking into the gym, twisted my ankle, and had to cancel 4 client sessions. Lost about $280 for the day and felt like a total clown. Then Wednesday morning, that same ankle felt fine and I ended up training a guy who signed up for 12 sessions on the spot. Just weird how one day can be pure garbage and the next day saves your whole week. Anyone else have a random flip like that out of nowhere?

Man that is such a classic life curveball right there. I've had weeks where nothing goes right and then out of nowhere something just clicks and makes up for all the nonsense. Sucks you had to lose out on those sessions though, that's a real kick in the pants especially when you're just trying to get your workout in. But hey, that 12 session sign up sounds like a solid win, guess the universe was just testing your patience or something. Glad your ankle bounced back quick too, nothing worse than an injury that just lingers and messes up your whole routine.

@rowan969 You nailed it with the universe testing patience thing. Losing those sessions stung but sometimes you gotta take the bad with the good to appreciate the wins when they come. My ankle felt stiff for a few days but honestly a little rest and ice and it was back to normal, which I was relieved about. That 12 session sign up was a nice surprise too, almost like the gym knew I needed a break from bad luck.
