Found out the tiny park near my house got a $12,000 grant and the new benches show it
I walk my dog past Franklin Square every morning and noticed the benches got fixed up, so I looked it up and the city gave the park a $12,000 grant back in March. Seeing the new boards and fresh paint on my walk today felt like a win, even if I didn't do anything. Anyone else keep tabs on their local park projects like this?
