Hit 100 consecutive days of stretching before bed last night
I started with just 5 minutes of hamstring work on April 3rd after my back locked up, and now at 100 days straight I can actually touch my toes for the first time since high school - has anyone else noticed small daily habits adding up way faster than you expected?

Heard a friend say the same thing about sleeping better after stretching. She couldn't believe it either.

Nice work hitting 100 days. Something that's pretty wild to me is how the consistency changed my sleep quality way more than the flexibility did. After about 6 weeks, I started falling asleep faster and staying asleep longer even though I was only doing gentle stretches. The breathing part of it, just slowing down and focusing on my body for 10 minutes, seemed to reset my nervous system or something. Your mileage may vary but it's worth paying attention to if you notice any sleep changes too. That kind of sneaky benefit is what keeps me going with it now.

For real. The nervous system reset is no joke. I started doing 5 minute neck and shoulder stretches before bed and my restless legs stopped waking me up. Took about a month to kick in but now I'm out cold within minutes. Small price to pay for not staring at the ceiling at 3am.
