My step counter hit 10,000 steps for the first time and I did not even plan it
I got a cheap pedometer app back in April just to see if I walk as little as I thought I did. Most days it sat around 3,000 because my desk job in Dayton keeps me parked on my butt. Yesterday I left my car keys at home by mistake, so I walked to the corner store on Fifth Street for lunch and back, then wandered around the block twice waiting on a call. Looked down at bedtime and it read 10,247. Has anyone else noticed that the only way they break their step goal is by messing up their normal routine?
