The barista in Portland asked why I stare at my coffee before drinking it
She said I look like I'm waiting for it to confess something, and now every morning I catch myself doing the 10 second stare and wondering if my brain is just buffering or if I'm actually trying to read the steam like tea leaves, anyone else do this without realizing?
