Update: I used to think my side hustle had to stay a side hustle forever
For like 3 years I was convinced you could never turn your creative work into your real income without hating it. Saw a guy at a local art fair in Portland last month who flat out said he makes $4,000 a month just selling prints of the same 5 paintings. That number stuck in my head. I always thought you had to be a starving artist or sell out completely but this guy seemed happy and comfortable. So I finally listed some of my digital designs on a print on demand site and made $87 in the first week. It's not much but it proved to me that the gap between day job and real life might be smaller than I thought. Any of you actually cross that line and not regret it?

Haven't the small wins always been the real game changers in life?

Depends on what you're calling a small win. Tying your shoes in the morning ain't exactly changing the game.
