My coworker made me rethink the whole cashless debate

I used to think cash was pointless until a customer at my clinic in Akron paid with a $20 bill and the card reader went down for an hour. She got her cleaning done and tipped me $5 in change, which honestly saved my afternoon. Has anyone else had a payment system fail at the worst possible time?

Honestly, same. Used to be all plastic, but now I get it.
