Unpopular opinion: handwritten to-do lists beat any task app I've tried after losing 2 weeks of work when Todoist crashed
I stuck with Todoist for 6 months but after it glitched and deleted 14 tasks I finally went back to a paper notebook and haven't missed a single deadline since has anyone else had an app fail on them like that?

Feel your pain hard. Lost a whole project list when Wunderlist shut down and it took me weeks to rebuild. Paper has been way more RELIABLE for me too, no app can beat that.

You know I was just reading about how some guy named David Allen who wrote Getting Things Done actually switched back to a paper notebook for his personal stuff after years of using digital tools. He said the paper helps him think clearer with no notifications getting in the way. I guess even the pros know that old school can be better sometimes. That Wunderlist shutdown was brutal for a lot of people though, I remember seeing the posts about it back then.

Wait, David Allen went BACK to paper? That's wild, I always figured he was all in on digital since he's the guy behind the whole system. I guess even the most organized person can get fed up with notifications pinging every five seconds. That Wunderlist thing was a mess too, I remember people being so upset about losing years of lists.
