A customer told me my invoices looked like scribbles and I fixed them
Ran a small handyman shop in Hamtramck for 8 years. One regular finally said my invoices looked like a 5 year old wrote them. I spent $100 on QuickBooks and now every bill has line items, a due date, and my license number. Has anyone else had customers roast their paperwork into actually fixing it?

Did he actually show you how to fix them or just complain?

Man, that's rough but good on you for actually listening. Nothing worse than getting called out on something you didn't even realize was a problem.
