A customer's 2 minute rant about my signage changed my whole approach

Last month a regular at my coney island on Michigan Ave told me my menu board was impossible to read from the counter. Said the yellow text on white was hurting his eyes. I switched to black on a darker background and added bigger prices. Traffic at the register feels smoother now, people aren't squinting or asking what things cost. Has anyone else had a tiny critique that made you redo something you thought was fine?

Funny how a random complaint can fix what you never saw was broken, right?
