PSA: Stopped into that new coffee spot on Michigan Ave and watched the owner argue with a supplier for 20 minutes while customers waited

I get that supply chain stuff is rough, but you can't be having loud phone fights about cream cheese invoices when people are just trying to order a morning brew. Has anyone else dealt with vendors that make you look unprofessional in front of your own shop?

Read that some suppliers treat small shops like crap because they don't think they matter.

Treat small shops like crap" - yep. Had a produce guy once dump bruised apples on my counter and walk out.
