A guy at the Corktown chamber meeting told me to never let an adjuster walk the roof alone, so I started tagging along on every claim. Last week they tried to lowball a hail job at half the cost, and having my own measurements on site got them to bump it up. Anyone else getting burned on insurance claims this year?

Never let an adjuster walk the roof alone" huh, my neighbor did that and the guy slipped on a loose shingle, sued his own company.
