Wait, did you figure out what was actually going wrong? I had the same problem with my shop for like two months. It turned out my contact button was broken on mobile phones. Nobody told me either. I just sat there wondering why nobody was calling.

Ugh YES that exact thing happened to me! I spent weeks wondering why nobody was filling out my contact form and it turned out the submit button was invisible on certain browsers.
