Straight 6 injector swap in 4 hours vs the V8 that took me 2 days

Last month I pulled a 6.0 Powerstroke injector in my buddy's shop near Tulsa and it was done before lunch, but the 6.7 Cummins job in the same bay ate two full days because I had to pull the whole valve cover and the wiring harness kept fighting me, so is there a reason everyone swears by the inline six for serviceability or am I just getting old?
