Tried a $40 ultrasonic cleaner on injectors, now I question my whole bench setup
Last month I picked up one of those cheap ultrasonic cleaners off Amazon to do injector nozzles on a 6.0. Ran it for twenty minutes with some degreaser and the carbon just fell off, no scraping. I had been using a wire brush and solvent for years, and this thing did a better job in less time. Has anyone else switched to ultrasonic for small parts and found the cheap ones actually hold up, or did I get lucky with this one?
