Found a hidden gold mine for reference photos at the local botanical garden

I spent an afternoon at the Atlanta Botanical Garden last week and realized I had been sleeping on real-world textures for my digital paintings. The bark patterns on the old oak trees alone gave me 20 new brush ideas. Has anyone else found good outdoor spots for texture reference near them?
