Hit 50 client accounts last month and immediately got overwhelmed

Started my solo agency 2 years ago in Phoenix. 50 clients sounded amazing but now I'm drowning in reporting and follow ups. Anyone else hit a number and realize they needed to hire or cut back?

My buddy runs a tutoring gig and hit 35 students before he realized he was spending his weekends copy-pasting invoices. Had a mini meltdown in a group chat about it.
