I tried a free tool for client reports and it cut my work time in half

I was spending maybe 8 hours a week building custom reports for a small retail client. Last month, I tried using Google Data Studio, which is free, to connect their ads and social data into one simple dashboard. I set it up once and now it updates on its own. The client loves the live view and I get my time back. Has anyone else found a free tool that actually saved you real hours?

People forget about the free version of Zapier. It can connect things that don't have a direct plug in. I had a client who needed form responses from their website to auto populate a simple Google Sheet summary. Set up a zap once and it just runs, no more manual copy paste every week.

What about using Trello boards to track client project updates automatically?

Trello's API is pretty open for that. But do clients actually check those boards, or is it just more work for us?
