I was reading a case study on a local bakery's Instagram ads and saw their cost per lead dropped from $22 to $8 just by changing the call to action button

Changed the CTA on a service page from "Learn More" to "Get Your Quote" last month. Saw our form fills jump by almost 40 percent without spending more on ads. It seems obvious now, but people really do need that direct instruction. A small tweak can make a huge difference in what people decide to do.

That's such a clear win. We had a similar thing with a button that just said "Submit." Changing it to "Send My Request" made people way more likely to finish the form. It's crazy how a few words can remove that little bit of doubt about what happens next. Your results prove it's not just a guess.

Sometimes you just get lucky with timing though.

Oh man, I used to be one of those people who rolled their eyes at this stuff. I honestly thought it was all just hype and that changing a couple words couldn't really matter that much. But I've been tracking results on my own site for a year now and I have to eat my words. The data is pretty clear that specific, action-driven text works way better than vague stuff. Your mileage may vary obviously, but it's changed my whole approach to writing buttons.
