Rant: That one week last July where 3 clients ghosted me after I already did the work.
I spent 40 hours building a full funnel strategy for a plumbing company in Tampa, got a 'looks great we'll call you next week', and then nothing not even a reply to my follow up emails, has anyone else had a client go completely silent after you delivered the plan?

lol @tessa_murray maybe they did move to Alaska who knows. But honestly think about it from their side - you gave them a whole funnel strategy for free basically. They got exactly what they needed without paying a dime. Why would they call you back when they can just take your work and run with it? That plumbing company probably saw your strategy, used it to get a few leads, and figured they didn't need you anymore. Happens all the time in this line of work. You basically handed them the blueprint and hoped they'd be honest about it.

Man, I used to be one of those "just give them everything upfront to build trust" guys. But after reading this from @kelly.charlie, it really changed how I see it. You're right - handing over the whole blueprint for free just sets you up to get ghosted. Nobody pays for something they already have, right? It's like giving away the whole pizza and wondering why they don't order delivery from you later. Hard lesson to learn but it makes way more sense now.
