TIL a lot of agencies in my city still push for a 6-month SEO contract minimum.

I've been talking to other agency owners in Chicago, and at least four this month told me they won't start a project without that long-term lock-in. In my experience, you can show real value in 90 days with a clear plan and weekly reports. This scares off smaller clients who need help but can't commit that far out. Are you guys still requiring those long contracts, or have you moved to shorter terms?
