Changed my mind about working from hostels after a month in Medellin

I always thought hostels were the best for meeting people, but after trying a local coworking space for a week, my focus and output were way better. The quiet, reliable internet and a proper desk made a huge difference compared to the common area chaos. Has anyone else found that a dedicated workspace is worth the extra cost, even in cheap cities?
