I caught a drafter marking up a set with a red pen on site last Tuesday
Guy was changing dimensions right on the prints without any cloud or revision mark. Has anyone else run into field guys "fixing" things without telling the office?

Aw man, sometimes you gotta make it work on the fly or everything grinds to a halt.

Red pen on site? That's wild. In my experience that's a fast track to getting stuff built wrong and having the office find out way later.
