Dream where I had to pay for parking with bottle caps

Last night I dreamed I drove to the mall. There was a guy at the gate. He said parking was 12 bottle caps. I was so mad because I only had 10. I actually woke up annoyed about it. Anybody else ever get a dream rule that feels totally real?

Those 10 bottle caps perfectly sum up how life always gives you just short of enough.

I had a dream once where I was at a grocery store and everything had a price but nobody would tell me what the prices were. I kept asking the cashier and he just pointed at a blank sign. Woke up frustrated as all get out. What helped me was writing the dream down as soon as I got up, then reminding myself it was just my brain sorting through junk. Dreams like that fade pretty quick once you laugh about how silly they were.
