Finally figured out why my shower curtain kept attacking me at 3 AM
I spent 6 months thinking the fan was blowing it in, but turns out I was just opening the door too fast and the air pressure was sucking it inward. Caught myself doing it last Tuesday after my wife pointed out I full-on ninja kick the curtain rod every time I get out.

oh man, I feel this so hard... that air pressure thing is so sneaky. I had the exact same problem for like a year, and I was convinced my bathroom was haunted or something. finally figured it out when I watched myself do it on our security camera - I was practically throwing myself out of the shower and creating this crazy vacuum behind me. now I do this slow, careful shuffle out and the curtain stays put... mostly.

It is wild how many everyday things are just hidden physics tricks like that. You start thinking it's ghosts or bad luck, but really it's just us being oblivious to how our own actions work!

Try slowing down your door swing and see if that helps. @janah83 hit it right on the head with that careful shuffle.
