Had a dream last night where my neighbor's cat was the mailman
I woke up thinking about how in the dream, the rule was that any cat wearing a tiny blue hat could deliver packages. It made total sense at the time. My neighbor's tabby, Mittens, had this little hat on and was dropping off letters through the flap. Has anyone else had dreams where animals have random jobs like that?

Pretty sure that hat might be a specific detail your brain grabbed from something you saw recently. In my experience, dream logic fills in gaps with whatever random object is sitting around your memory bank.
