Honestly, I just realized I've had the same dream about being late for a geometry exam exactly 47 times.
Ngl, it finally clicked that my brain thinks failing a test I haven't taken in 15 years is a bigger deal than my actual mortgage payment, so what's your most common recurring dream situation?

Writing the dream down helped me stop it.

That classroom dream sounds so frustrating.

Used to think those dreams were just random noise. Now I'm pretty sure my brain is stuck on a loop trying to solve some old, tiny stress. Mine is always trying to find a classroom in a school that keeps changing.

Looping dreams like that are rough. I had one for years where I was trying to pack for a trip but my suitcase kept filling up with random junk. Took me a bit to realize it was tied to this old fear of being unprepared for a big change at work. For the classroom one, try changing one small detail in your head right before you fall asleep. Tell yourself the school has a clear map on the wall or the door is painted a certain color. My suitcase dream stopped once I started picturing it zipped up and ready to go before I drifted off. It trains your brain to see a new ending.
